Launceston Institute of Fitness and Training (LIFT) is a locally owned and operated, 24/7 fitness facility, located at 23 Racecourse Crescent (next door to Kmart).  We pride ourselves on our friendly, welcoming environment for all levels of fitness and training goals. Our members have access to an extensive range of state of the art equipment in the largest fitness facility in Tasmania.
