Hall of Fame

The first Launceston Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame inductee was inducted in 2009. In 2011 the criteria for selecting a Hall of Fame Inductee was changed to consider only a single person rather than a business.

  • The person considered should be a Launceston Chamber of Commerce Member, have supported the Chamber, or upholds the Chamber’s values.
  • The person considered should have made a significant contribution to or has influenced the Launceston Business Community.
  • The person considered are or have been a successful business person and must be respected by their peers over a long and sustained period.
  • The person should leave a positive, tangible legacy to the region, and/or business community.
