The Project Lab began in 2013 when a collective of independent change makers and project professionals formed with the belief that working together would have a bigger impact on our world than continuing as individuals. We were right and we have seen a healthy growth of capacity, skills, experience and knowledge in our team over the decade that followed.

We are now at an exciting part of our story.

Today we are sure of our purpose, what it enables us to do and how we can make it matter, in partnership with you.

We are Tasmanian. We exist to make Tasmania the most liveable island in the world, to help realise the potential of Tasmania through empowering and equipping Tasmanian organisations with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. By doing our best work, we believe that we can bring together organisations, communities and individuals to create positive, impactful and lasting change for our state.
