Professor Adams is a leading scholar in regional and community innovation, a former co- chairperson of Northern Tasmania Development, and Tasmania’s first Social Inclusion Commissioner. Professor Adams will speak on the various layers of the West Tamar’s history and the likely prospects for the future. David was born and raised on the West Tamar.
