This category is open to any Retail Business operating in a physical space or online, provided operations have a base in the Launceston region (i.e. majority staff are based in the region).

This can include (but is not limited to) adoption of new technology to improve customer experiences or process efficiencies, use of technology to advance the scope of your business, or increase sales and revenue through the use of innovative techniques and strategies, or the operation of a business focused on technology and innovation goods or services.

This category is open to any business demonstrating an Excellent Workplace. This can be determined by clearly defined strategies and outcomes across a range of areas such as workplace culture, staff recruitment and retention, professional development opportunities, for example.
