Bede has an eighteen year background in sales and marketing roles across a variety of organisations. His work has taken him across the globe but he has predominantly worked in Asian markets developing brands and customer engagement strategies. He now resides in Launceston working for Country Club Tasmania, developing sales and marketing strategies to attract more tourists to the State. 

He has diverse experience across a range of marketing disciplines including advertising, experiential, digital, PR and direct marketing. Bede likes to think holistically and strives towards a positive working environment driven by a culture of self-motivation, collaboration and engagement. As a Board member, Bede aims to drive sustainable business growth for Launceston, create new opportunities for existing commercial enterprise and encourage business innovation.

Bede moved to Launceston with his Tasmanian wife and children and has quickly grown to love his new home and the pristine environment that surrounds it and is passionate about commercial opportunity, community culture and creative thinking.
