LIFECYCLE COST MANAGEMENT (LCM) is a cost management and quantity surveying consultancy expert in predicting, estimating and managing the cost of projects in the construction and property industries from master planning, early stage concept options, through design, tender and construction phases.

Formed in 2010 in response to the demand for Australian buildings to be more sustainable, LCM is led by Stuart Solman, an AIQS accredited Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience, and a Green Building Council of Australia Greenstar Accredited Professional.
